Custodia’s Back Office Services Center is operational 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. This service was strategically developed to alleviate administrative duties from Franchise Partners, primarily focusing on customer acquisition and scheduling.
RECRUITING, HIRING, AND MANAGING PEOPLE
A lot goes into a world-class team of home and property maintenance pros and it’s vital that you attract the right people. Our recruiting program walks you step-by-step through the process to find and retain the right people efficiently and economically.
SERVICE ASSESSMENT & EXECUTION STANDARDS
You’ll get detailed assessment and service execution training and support from day one. Even if you have never done maintenance before, our trainers can help you and your team turn into home management pros in no time!
